solid oak coffee table +

here for sale is a solid oak coffee table, the item itself it is very heavy ( 40-50kg approx), i am believed to think it has been custom made, it measures W730MM /L730MM /H430MM the condition itself is not too bad, the top could probally to with a refurb either prefessionly or DIY, has a few cup stains that show up and a few scratches to the top of the laquer, the unit itself is very solid and doesnt budge or wobble at all, and for movementand it requires a two man lift for safety reason for sale is the item was left inside the house as we moved in and the landlord told us it was the previous owners and told myself he didnt want it so it was up to us what we wanted to do with it, i decided it looked to good to throw it away and it would be ideal for someone that would appreciate it and bring it back to life also it does not suit my interior at home item will need to be collected due to size but might be able to deliver within local area (RIPON, north yorkshire) any questions or more pictures needed please feel free to email and i should get back to you ASAP, thanks for looking
